Job Description
GENERAL Duties
To ensure firm quality production of the flows.
To conduct meetings with team members on quality & production trends on daily basis.
To forward data to Divisional Head & respective departmental personnel.
To update all team members about the NIKE / Other buyers requirements & standards with respect to production & quality.
To train periodically the concerned personnel if required.
DATA ANALYSIS
To have analysis on daily basis to check the followings:
Check and observe the performance of rowing & supervisory
Corrective actions on daily basis on the problems
Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to SMV
Immediate and Regular feedback to all concerned about the problems identified in the process at any stage
To have ready plans for the production and quality keeping in view delivery dates of the shipment of current as well as coming work orders for at-least 25 days
