Job Description
To supervise Stitching Operators and Line Leaders
To develop flow of machines with respect to construction of garment or get it changed (if needed)
To give production & quality targets to operators & get it completed
To conduct meetings with team members on quality & production figures regularly
To check the performance of operators / guide them about their faults and change the operators (if needed)
To update all team members about the NIKE / Other buyers requirements & standards with respect to production & quality
To train periodically the concerned personnel if required
To get updated the register of Induction, Offline and Accessories from Line Leader & inspect on daily basis
DATA & FIGURES
To forward factual data with Assistant Production Manager & respective seniors
To have analysis on daily basis to check the followings:
Check and observe the performance of operators
Keep tallied Receiving Register and Induction Receiving Register on daily basis
Job Specification
Must have Good communication skills
have good knowledge of computer
