1.Perform Analysis and Design on software applications, components (using OOA/OOD) and databases 2.Conduct research activities on new tools and technologies 3.Write and debug programs and scripts on specified projects in compliance with company standards 4.Ability to perform following duties as a Team Lead / Project Manager; - Perform project communication with the client and management - Perform routine project management activities

- Must have strong object oriented concepts and industry experience - Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - Must have a solid background in Microsoft Technologies (.NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server) and strong knowledge of databases. - Must have strong knowledge of both Desktop and Web application development
