We at Mk's (Real Estate Marketing Firm) are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Relationship Marketing Officer to ensure Direct Sales and generate more sales for our company.

Duties:

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a target-oriented approach, call center experience preferably, should be hard-working, self-motivated, and a good team player. The potential candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills with the following duties :

- To manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients. - Initiate new calls to the potential customers and follow up on all the progress made on daily basis.

- Build a relationship with clients through responding to their queries and resolving issues.

- Exceptional communication skills must lead to customer satisfaction.

- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.

- Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.

- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.

- The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.

- The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.

- The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow-ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
