CS Senior Optimization Engineer (Lahore based) Ensure that all the Radio Network KPIs of his assigned area of responsibility based on BSS Statistics and Drive Test coverage analysis are consistently met as predefined by the headquarters Preparation of technical responses to PTML and / or end client, on all regional Radio Network Optimization / Planning related queries / issues Coordinate, review and analyze drive test reports and data collected by Huawei or their sub-contractors Provide RNO support to the Regional Manager during regional technical meetings Propose and Implement RNO guidelines and produce/present regional RNO reporting (QoS, DT reports) Perform regional BSS feature and parameter analysis and tuning Provide all possible support on re-homing/cutover, upgrade activities Cluster optimization activity and routine troubleshooting & network maintenance Final Cluster report submission and get the approval from customer Responsible for a set of clusters and management of corresponding engineers reporting to him Coordination and team level support and follow up with peer departments for smooth delivery of project Knowledge transfer
