- Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirements of ranging from product campaigns to award programs to promotion of their corporate image. - Suggest different product options to the customer from Creatives product portfolio, after reviewing the customer brief. - Obtain approval on the product type and material from the customer. oShare different visuals or samples in case of existing product oTake client's feedback on them - Liaise with other departments - Coordinate with the Graphic Designers. - Liaise with the Development section for the development of the product prototype and send to the customer for approval. - Ensure that customer feedback is given top priority at every step of the process. - Issue OCN (Order Confirmation Note) to Sourcing & Production Department after receiving formal go ahead from the Client. - Assist in handling all customer complaints in relation to the product design, development, quality and delivery. - Develop and maintain Product Database and ensure that its privacy is maintained.
