Your primary duties will entail the following.
- Minimum 5 to 7 Years’ Experience of UK based Accounts & Taxation in role of Supervisor/ Team Lead / Managed Team of 10-15 persons
- Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills
- Should have managed (Single-Handed) Portfolio of 40-50 Clients
- Ensure the books of the company are kept updated on a routine basis. (Using Xero)
- Preparation of UK VAT returns, & Corporation Tax returns
- Preparation of Annual & management accounts
- Processing Payroll / SATR for the client (monthly/weekly)
- Discussing and resolving accounts queries with clients
- Maintaining up-to-date billing systems and carrying out billing duties
- Performing account reconciliations and monitoring the customers’ account details
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Desirable to have software experience of Xero, QuickBooks, BTC, VT & Payroll Manager
