Job Description
Hotel housekeeper is responsible for keeping guest rooms clean.
He also responsible for providing clean linen and bedding, vacuuming and removing trash. In addition to cleaning, housekeepers will also provide extra linen by request. He will also perform a thorough cleaning after guests have checked out of the hotel.
Perform daily opening and closing of Housekeeping.
Check rooms inventory, assigned rooms to housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms and public areas throughout entire hotel.
Complete reports, verified status reports, reported status of all assigned rooms to Front Desk.
Create weekly schedules for Housekeeping/janitorial staff according to forecasted hotel occupancy.
Ensure highest productivity and efficiency in Housekeeping operations.
Provide excellent customer service (internal and external), and maintained good knowledge of hotel services, operations, local area & attractions, etc.
Provide training to new employees.
Job Specification
FA/A Levels, 02-03 years relevant experience.
Highly Motivated and Initiative Taking Person.
Work as a Team Member.
Leadership Qualities.
