Ensure Availability of Finish Goods -Co Ordinate with immediate supervisor/HOD for schedules to dispatch FG to respective Depot - Allocation of vehicles to transporters on unbiased manner & indenting trucks on transporters on the basis of their performance. - Ensure schedule for dispatch targeted for the day is completed - The main responsibilities are Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse management, FG Distribution - Management, Production Planning & Control, Primary & Secondary Freight Management, C&F & Super Stockist Management, and FG Inventory Management. - Physical Stock Taking of FG on monthly basis. - Making appropriate reports ( FG Stocks, transport performance, transport cost ) - Inventory planning - Procurement from related parties, - Customs clearance, and Inventory management. - To follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others. - To have effective coordination with the management for smooth/efficient work-flow - To provide immediate feedback to your immediate supervisor, HOD or management in case of any abnormality.
