A reputable consulting firm is seeking to identify a dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) for its growing business area in the Public Sector. The BDA will be part of a very dynamic business development team working in a fast pace environment. Professional Experience: - Experience in developing proposals for submission to donors under non-negotiable deadlines. - Experience in conducting background research; will track business opportunities (at global and Country level) with US government, DFID, ADB, World Bank, German Technical Cooperation, Global Fund, and other sources on a daily basis. - Experience in customizing and tailoring institutional capabilities and PPR (Project Performance Reference) to suit particular proposal needs and preparing staff bio-sketches that correctly respond to the proposal requests. - Prior experience in business development will be preferred. - Experience in research and writing business proposals or technical documents on various on PFM and social & institutional development sector

- Excellent Planning and organising skills - Excellent coordinating skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills with good knowledge of spoken and written English - Ability to work effectively with others - Proficient in the use of PC based spreadsheet and presentation packages
