Job Description
Carrying out tasks given to heads of departments and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of CEO;
Taking dictation and minutes;
Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
Carrying out specific projects and research;
Responsibility for petty accounts and budgets of CEO office;
Taking on some of the CEOs responsibilities and working more closely with senior management;
Being involved in decision-making processes.
Job Specification
At least graduate degree holder;
Must be profecient in English;
Must have knowledge of telephonic and electronic correspondence;
Good communication skills;
Confident enough to represent CEO on some occasions;
Pleasant personality.
