IT Height is looking for Human Resource Officer / HR Officer / HRO / HR / HR Professional.
Candidate should have professional and practical grip on HR policies & procedures, HR documentations, employee manual and employee inventory management. Following are the important tasks to be performed:
The HR Executive will be responsible for the following areas:
- Recruiting and staffing
- Performance management
- Employee orientation, development, and trainings coordination
- Assisting with employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and services
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operations
Job Specification
Candidate should have:
- good communication skills
- experience in the formulation and development of Change Management & handling of various HR processes like Manpower Planning, recruitment, selection, performance management Compensation & Employee benefits and training & development.
