- Shift collateral - Check vehicle and generator maintenance and repair record and endorse his comments on log books and registers - Maintain close liaison and relationship with branch staff and find out repair and maintenance needed at a branch. - Make a plan of visit to branches in coordination with Admin& Business Support Head, North. - To tally report of balance stationery - Any other duty assigned

- must have understanding of Admin duties - must be okay with traveling - some relevant experience would be preferred
