We currently require talented individuals to join our office in Lahore. Using the latest and greatest technologies, you will have a real passion for software development, and ideally be a graduate with a degree in computer science. An ideal resource will have the following qualities:
· Have a good understanding of web and desktop technologies.
· Be used to taking and sticking to a brief.
· Have a clear understanding of interaction design & information architecture.
· Be able to write clean, commented code that others can understand.
· Communicate clearly with interaction designers, especially ones strong in visual design.
· Attention to detail, and a penchant for testing.
Job Specification
Should have at least 6 months to an years worth of experience in PHP and related technologies:
a) PHP development
b) CGI implementation
c) Dynamic HTML generation, forms handling (request response)
d) Content management experience e.g. Joomla, Durpal, Xoops, phpNuke
e) Message boards, user management, cookie handling, security, regular expressions etc
f) Integration with other libraries and web services e.g. paypal, ebay, amazon, payment gateways
g) MySQL database experience – mandatory / database development concepts
