Operation Break Down & Time Study Of new articles during Proto Sampling. Product Development / Garment Modification during Proto Sampling. Operation Bulletins before line loading. Check Operators Capacity & Performance % age during working. Maximize Line Efficiency by applying IE Tools and Techniques. Minimize Material Handling Time by improving methods. Design Machines Lay Out for smooth production. Set Production Goals according to Garments. Check daily Production & Efficiency of each line. Update SAM bank when necessary. Floor Lay Out Designing.
