Flex3/Flex4, ActionScript 3.0, Adobe Flash Builder, JavaScript, PHP innovative rich media apps and dynamic websites.
Design, develop and implement new innovative features on Rich Internet Applications using Flex.
Experience in creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side
technologies.
External Resource Integration (Audio, Video and other media).
Experience working with XML and JSON.
Desire to build secure, high quality, scalable web applications.
Experience working with distributed teams thru the entire software life cycle. Work as a member of the technical team to translate business requirements into software design.
Create and maintain effective modular software designs following the design and coding standards.
Unit test the software modules to ensure high-quality delivery of code to QA.
Work with Quality Assurance to track down and fix bugs.
Work with Release Engineers to help them understand the deployment of applications
Work with a highly dedicated team in a fast-paced productive environment.

Job Specification
The ideal candidate is someone with the following profile
Qualifications and Experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of Flash development experience. o Extensive knowledge of Flash CS3, AS2 and AS3 is required.
o Understanding of OOP and examples to prove it.
Up to date on Flash trends and best practices; Design patterns, Flex, FABridge, Apollo.
Experience on integration with web technologies such as XML, JSON, Javascript, Web Services
Development or customization of authoring-efficiency tools (Flash-based WYSIWYG tools to author XML-based content) using Flash, and xml technologies.
Knowledge of Flash video development is required. Other video experience is a plus.
o Experience with optimizing design for various bandwidth and platform requirements.
o Two (2) plus years of collaborative development experience.
Strong experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle
o Team-oriented experience highly desired Superb attention to detail
Knowledge of user-centered UI design, human factors, human-computer interaction, and usability highly desired.
Very good oral and written communication skills
