Customer Support Representative (CSR)

We require a customer service agent for our ecommerce website operating in Pakistan.

This job has a fixed salary, there are NO commissions or bonuses based on targets.

We require a person able to handle incoming and outgoing calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email.

Job timings are 10 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday.

Good communication skills

Should be fluent in Urdu and English

Should be familiar with MS Office and basic computer use

Internet searching should be good
