Job Description
*) To conduct in-depth Job Analysis with properly prepared KRA(s), KPA(s), KPI(s).
*) To update Personnel file of all staff members.
*) To work on Payroll system.
*) To assist in Performance Appraisal System.
*) To work on Recruitment & Selection Process.
*) To Conduct other HR activies, such as Employee counselling, visiting employees & managers to any HR related matter or collection of data or providing briefing before any policy implementation etc.
*) To perform other HR related activies as required time to time.
Job Specification
*) Should have good knowledge of HR.
*) Good knowledge of conducting Job Analysis & Job Evaluation is must.
*) Should be very good at English.
*) Should be extremely honest, religious & hardworking.
*) Should have an ability to convince others.
*) Good knowledge of different HR functions.
*) Should like to meet employees to deal with HR matters.
*) CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO ADDRESS ABOVE REQUIREMENTS DURING INTERVIEW.
