Required skills/experience/education:
- Experience in a medium-large scale CRM projects as a Salesforce Administrator with multiple internal/external system integrations.
- API knowledge and experience – REST or SOAP
- Database – basic understanding of database access and data flow.
- Experience with use of Jira or Jira-like tools to track requirements, testing, defects, etc
Proven experience with the following:
- Configuration of the Salesforce platform utilizing Declarative tools such as workflow rules, process builders & flows.
- Experience working building and configuring Apps using Salesforce App Builder as well as working experience in Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Salesforce CLI.
Preferred (nice to have) skills/experience education:
- Ideal candidate will have one or more Salesforce Certifications
- Experience with Agile and DevOps project delivery practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Community sites.
- Experience with LWC/Aura a big plus
