• Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs,
• Guide efficiently and accurately to the clients for their queries, explaining possible options, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued,
• Engage in active listening with clients, confirming or clarifying information related to inquiries,
• Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately,
• Ability to covert inquiry in appointment with sales team or recommendations for products that may better suit client needs
• Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Exceptional client service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies
• Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills
• Ability to convert inquiries/leads in to appointment with sales team
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Punctual with strong attendance history
