Job Description
Screening, short-listing and recommending candidates to the Director, for all vacancies.
Negotiating salary packages with the candidates.
Arranging & evaluating orientation programs for new employees.
Ensuring personal files are established separately for each employee containing all documents specific to that employee, including Joining Report, Employment Form, orientation records etc.
Organizing management meetings to review human resource policy manual chapters, distribute chapters which have been finalized.
Advice managers and employees on the interpretation of human resource policy manual.
Prepare organizational structure and job descriptions on ‘AS IS’ basis for different departments.
Handle all employee grievances and other occupational matters, in the most amicable and just manner, upon consultation with Top & Senior Management and in compliance with the Human Resource Policy Manual.
