We need Customer Support Representative who is responsible for:
- Resolving billing and servicing complaints and refers investigation to designated departments.
- Confers with customer by phone or in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance etc.
- Responsible for inbound calls
- Knowledge of IT information is mandatory
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records and issues discontinuance orders using computer.
- Must be a graduate atleast.
- Ideal candidate will have internet at home, so he can work from home during holidays, strikes etc.
- Responsible for sale of new or additional utility service.
- Individual must be internet savvy.
- Active listening
- Service orientation
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for needs of customers.
- Manage multiple websites, online software, templates.
