Responsibilities include:
• Entering sales and purchases in QuickBooks and IRIS Kashflow on daily basis and preparing final accounts in IRIS accounts production software.
• Preparing weekly and monthly payroll using Money soft payroll software.
• Entering financial transactions and reconciling invoices.
• Manage all administrative tasks
• Any other work required by the company
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as an Accountant with 3 years of experience.
• Preferred candidate should be qualified accountant ACCA or Equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and tax principles and procedures.
• Excellent accounting software user with strong attention to detail.
• The person MUST be familiar with QuickBooks, IRIS Kashflow software, Money soft payroll and IRIS accounts production.
• Should be able to take up new tasks as per the requirements.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
