Operation Executive (Male/Female)
* Responsible for Operational activities of Freight Forwarding.
* Meet assigned targets Existing, timely updating and maintenance of records
* Timely preparation of quotations and its follow up with the sales team and customers.
* Correspondence with customers
* Attending telephone calls and handling customer queries
* Maintenance of records and documentations
* Research required info with available resources
* Identify and escalate the priority issues
* Follow-up calls to customers where necessary.
* Any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Specification
* Must be graduate with having an experience of 1 years in (Freight Forwarding)
* Good communication, customer service and writing skills.
* Good presentation skills.
* Proficient in Computer skills
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
