As a member of Quality assurance, this position is responsible for auditing the companys products at various stages of manufacturing to look into the quality system as per the required standards and prepare reports and over look procedures. - Main responsibility is to ensure the quality control of product (sock) at all stages from manufacturing to finishing. - Ensure that all the products which are being produced are according to buyers specifications and standards. - To make sure the product according to the Buyers requirement will be responsible to get all, product related information from Merchandizing Department. - To check the information according to its respective checklist and then complete information hands out to quality audit team. - Carefully review and sign all the reports which are compiled by quality assurance team on daily basis. - To conduct meeting based on the result of these reports with the concerning head and work to develop corrective and preventive measures. - To ensure the proper implementation of these measures and report to the Director Production & Operations. - To ensure that all the goods shipped are according to customer specifications and requirements. - To work for the improvements in the quality procedures and development of the systems.
