We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Project Manager willing to work on challenging problems, take initiative, learn on the go, and take responsibility for high impact tasks to join our team! Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize software development process in-line with the product roadmap and release deadlines
Write and assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team
Establish timelines and closely track release cycle, coordinate with the development team, QA, and DevOps
Engage the C-suite on new feature ideas following the vision of the company and feedback from the customers
Collaborate with the Account Managers to write the end user guide
Analyze weaknesses in development teams and focus on developing skill sets
Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for the product development and engineering teams
Be an advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process
Bachelor's degree in Management Information systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering or relevant fields
2 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager
Willing to work 12PM to 9PM PKT
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with developments teams to meet project deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as Jira
High-level understanding of software development timelines and releases
Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Skilled in creative problem-solving and the ability to take initiative
Ability to communicate multiple project tasks across various cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written)
Willing to work with remote team members in different time zones
