Grey Matter Global is a counselling service which strives to help individuals achieve their academic and career aspirations.

We are recruiting career coaches to co-facilitate a professional development course for university level students. The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and must be a mentor eager to support his/her students.

The job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Effectively delivering a Professional Development Course to university level students.

Facilitating 3-hour weekly sessions to 45+ students.

Build relationships with students.

Mentor and counsel all students.

Monitoring and evaluating progress of students.

Managing and updating course portal.

Schedule 1-on-1 counselling meetings with students.

Assign project assignments and provide constructive feedback to students.

Follow-up on lesson plans.

Helping students draft resumes and letters to prospective employers.

Propose changes based on feedback and self-evaluation.

Report outliers and anomalies.

Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.

Having minimum of two years of relevant experience for the position of Career Coach in capacity building with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of human resource and recruitment techniques and counseling experience with a concentration in career counseling
