1.To Head and manage HR Functions effectively and efficiently such as:
a)To Maintain Employees' Data Base.
b)To Manage Employee leave records of Office Staff.
c)To Manage complete procedure of Recruitment & Selection.
d)To Process monthly payroll details of Office Staff.
e)To Process employee's Full & Final Settlements of Office Staff.
f)Timely issuance of Inter Office Memo (Information, New Appointments, Disassociation etc)
g)To conduct Annual Appraisal Exercise of Office Staff.
h)To conduct In-House Trainings of Staff Employees
2.To Formulate and Execute HR Policies in alignment of organizational goals and objectives
