To ensure smooth production operations and processes of plant. Plans and organize resources to meet the production schedules. Maintain progress parameters and conditions according to established standards of performance. Recognizing and solving problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production line. Keep good working relationship with other departments for development / improvement of products. Implementation of Hygiene, Quality and Safety Standards. Maintain and minimize process losses within agreed performance limits.
Reporting to the circle leader (UHT), Floor champion (UHT) is responsible for smooth running of UHT plant, doing CIP and sterilization of Sterile Tanks. Responsible for day to day operations for smooth and trouble free working of UHT according to the daily/weekly production plans. Monitor, adjust and maintain different process parameters of UHT according to required quality, hygiene and product safety. He should ensure implementation of departmental strategies and policies. The job is Plant operation technical in nature with emphasis on maximum UHT production and coordinating with technical staff during trouble shooting and plant maintenance.
Job Specification
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for carrying out CIP of silos for storage of standardized milk.
2.To make sure all valves, steam barriers are working properly during various stages.
3.Ensure that CIP of pasteurized milk silos, UHT plant, sterilizer and aseptic tank is satisfactory.
4.To maintain Lye and acid level in detergent tank for CIP.
5.Report the performance of UHT plant to the superiors.
