To ensure smooth production operations and processes of plant, utilities department fulfills the requirements of smooth and safe operation of all the utilities such as Boilers, Ammonia Compressors, Air Compressors, All water supply systems, Fire water system, Power House and Waste Water Treatment Plant in cost efficient and effective way for full compliance with Engro Foods and legal standards.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Asst prod Mgr. (Utilities), Team Leader (Power Generation) is responsible for smooth working of power generation plant, its process parameters and maintenance. Monitors, adjusts and maintain different parameters of equipments according to required demand, hygiene and safety. He should ensure implementation of departmental strategies and policies. The job is highly technical in nature and requires full understanding of equipment operation and maintenance. It also demands good ability to train subordinates about all SOPs related with above mentioned equipments.
Job Specification
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Supervises and directs the overall power plant operations during assigned shift.
2.Communicates with System Controllers on load demand or the units status and responsible to control and maintain those parameters.
3.Inspect equipment, gauges, valves, temperature and other components for proper operation.
4.Troubleshoot equipment problems and coordinates maintenance.
5.Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment with other team leaders.
6.Tag-out equipment for maintenance and inspect equipment to bring back to service
