Job Description

1.Responsible for conducive learning environment by arranging training room before the start of training workshops and evening course class through Preparing students name plates, making sure that air conditioner or heating system is working, and projector is set. Arrangements should be made 15 minutes before starting of class / training workshop. 2.Arrange photocopies and other material for the classes of certification courses and trainings. 3.Coordinate with trainer during the classes in distribution of reading material, conducting exercises and making sure that the room administration goes fine. 4.Collect quizzes, assignments and projects from trainees, keep them in proper record and give them to recourse person for evaluation purpose. 5.Enter marks data of (Quizzes, Assignments, projects and Exams) of students in excel sheets and forward the updated assessment sheet to director operations. 6.Listen petty queries of students and solve them accordingly. 7.Coordinate in house training workshops. 8.Capture the training activities and final certificate awarding ceremonies through camera. 9.Get feedback from trainees on training evaluation forms at the end of the training and courses.. 10.Administrate the whole process of HR Distance Learning Program by sending course data, assignments, and evaluation feedbacks to course participants via e-mails. 11.Administrate the library of Institute by issuing books to students, assign codes to books, proper shelving and keep record of all books in computer. 12.Provide course information inclusive trainer profile, course content, timings, fee, assessment criteria, and certificate awarding body etc. to potential candidates over the phone and in person. 13.Perform registration process for certification courses, training workshops and distance learning programs by collecting registration forms, educational documents and experience letters (where required). 14.Keep registration record of all students and submit to director operations. 15.Send, posts, e-mail and SMS messages of various trainings, courses and conferences to relevant target market.
