- Maintenance of office computers , printers and IP phones
- Installation & troubleshooting
- Maintenance and monitoring of the network
- Purchasing of equipment related to IT department
- Internet research to maintain internal database, generating vacancy leads from different Job Boards etc
Job Specification
- 1 year experience in a Desktop Support and troubleshooting environment
- Knowledge of LAN based networking,
- Knowledge Windows Server 2003/08, Windows XP, Windows 7,
- Knowledge of Linux will be beneficial but is not essential
- Strong computer skills (i.e. good typing speed and strong skills in MS Office and Internet browsing) and good English language skills
