Job Description
Conducting initial screening and interviews
- Conducting orientation program to new employees
- Coordinating with external Consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
- Attending to employees grievances and complaints and providing guidance if necessary
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors list, performance appraisal form and training schedules
- Assisting in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion Letter
- Administering the HR procedures are adhering them too
- Handling monthly payroll

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
- Fresh graduates
- Proficient in HR matters
- Able to communicate well with all level of employees

- Good writing and interpersonal skills
