Proper maintenance of office building, furniture and equipments
Fleet management with supervision of Drivers and other admin staff.
Handling petty cash, vouchers and log books
Leave record management
Timely Company registration with different organizations.
Maintain proper records of admin activities (Hard files & soft copies).
Timely Preparation of reports for management
Ensure proper security of office building and equipments
Stay Arrangements for visiting staff and refreshment for guests
Timely procurement of office supplies & equipment.
Ensure effective utilization of office equipment & resources.
Maintain adequate level of stationary and other office equipments
Assist procurement executive for local purchase
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
