Market/Business Development responsibilities include :-
- Recruiting, training and monitoring distributors and dealers,
- Planning Sales and Distribution to Trade as well as Institutions,
- Researching and analysing Stationery market with a view to develop sales on a year-on-year basis,
- Sales forecasting and achieving sales quotas (targets),
- Developing distribution network to serve to all kinds of large and small outlets throughout Afghanistan,
- Market monitoring, competitive intelligence and Head Office reporting.
- Preferably Business Graduate,
- Knowledge of stationery market in Afghanistan,
- In depth knowledge of Afghan geography / territory,
- FMCG experience,
- Ability to travel extensively,
- Negotiating and selling skills,
- Languages : Pushto / Persian / English / Urdu.
