Job Description
1. Maintaining a full understanding of, and implementing Company objectives i.e. Sales Force Direction document.
2. Ensuring effective management of your sales team to the highest standards of customer service, including leading by example.
3. Detailed interpretation of space management and best seller reports along with competitor awareness.
4. Efficient control and management of staff resource across the floor to ensure the sales area is suitably covered.
5. Liaising with the Assistant Store/Commercial Manager to pro-actively identify and resolve problems.
6. Ensure stock loss is controlled and kept to an acceptable minimum.
Job Specification
1. Effectively communicating and coaching the sales team in all Company policies and procedures.
2. Identifying and carry out the training and development needs of the sales team.
3. Identifying and managing performance issues.
4. Personally conducting reviews and appraisals on all supervisors and ensuring all appraisals for sales staff are carried out to agreed deadlines.
5. Proficient in IT Skills.
