Job Description

- Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals - Conducting Orientation program for new employees - Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers on regular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions - Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits - Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects - Handling employee grievances. - Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management - Maintaining employee files and documents

Job Specification

- A degree in HR or Business Administration - Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices - Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) - Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills - Positive attitude and good learning abilities - Motivated and ambitious to make a career in Human Resources - Good MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus
