- Manage labour issue.
- Dealing with PESSI, EOBI and other regulatory authorities.
- Must have strong grip over ERP.
- Able to generate payroll and related HR reporting.
- Direct reporting to CEO of the Company.
- Manufacturing concern experience at Managerial / HOD level is a must.
