Job Description
In this role, the person is required to coordinate various client accounts as well as grow by developing on opportunities with current clients within Pakistan. This person must be able to coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients and individuals within Pakistan.
The account executive will be the point of contact for clients and will be required to decimate information to relevant team members in a timely manner.
Reporting to the account manager, the position requires the person to be part of the strategic thinking team and regularly:
- Communicate internally and externally with clarity
- Coordinate, develop and manage effective relationships with client contacts
- Come up with new idea pertaining to projects and contribute pro-actively in brain storming sessions
- Be up to date with latest in internet marketing and proactively develop opportunities with all current clients for new business.
- Carry out relevant research for proposals and ideas
- Prepare client reports as well as internal communication reports
- Prepare all client proposals for Pakistan
- Assist in development of strategic plans and ensuring the project objectives are met
Job Specification
- 1-2 years proven experience in a client servicing role
- Knowledge of the internet a must, specifically familiar with internet marketing and the various internet marketing possibilities in the local market
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, PR and management skills
- Passion for marketing and creativity
- Must be a people person and a Team player along with being very well organized personally
- Excellent language skills specifically English and writing
