- Making calls to the potential clients.
- Offering them the services -Negotiating with them.
- Providing them easy ways so that they setup and work with the company
- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Assess situation and prioritize calls. Requirements:
- Previous experience in call center preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
- Good computer skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
