Job Description
To type and prepare documents as required;
To be in charge of maintaining the Archives of the company;
To be responsible for distributing letters and notices.
To ensure the front desk area to be cleaned and in tidy order;
To be responsible for sending/receiving all company's emails.
To be responsible for maintenance, upgrade and development of data collection system of the company to satisfy the required standards.
To arrange all the traveling and accommodation for employees at request.
To provide assistance in preparing documents and reports;
To update and maintain mailing list of the company;
To support individuals at requests of the superiors;
To maintain an efficient and harmony working environment among employees, clients and mangers;
Other duties as requested.
Job Specification
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficient with computer literate such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power point and Internet.
Self-motivated.
Having strong interpersonal skills.
