One Eleven Group is looking for an energetic go-getter to join us for the post of Investment Advisor. The incumbent should maintain relationships with clients in order to obtain feedback and to provide information, guidance and recommendation on new opportunities.
Job Description
• Maintain Personal Client data.
• Regular follow up with the clients
• Organize business meetings with potential clients and network
• Prepare and deliver presentations for products and services
• Find sales leads and meet the target deadlines on monthly basis

Requirements
• Should have a good network of potential clients
• Sound knowledge of investment opportunities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad
• Good insight into Real Estate knowledge and financial benefits of investing in Real Estate
• Should be proactive in client dealing and marking sales opportunities
• 2-3 years sales experience in Real Estate in a similar capacity
