Job Description
To participate in the process of planning, development and implementation of programs.
Preparation and submission of annul work plans and budget requirements for the district programme and implementation of project.
Plan and organize programme activities in the project district including:
-Technical Assistance
-Selection, and follow up of Heart Connection Teams
-Selection, sensitization, and follow up of participating schools
-Implementation of LSBE initiative in schools of the Quetta district
Planning and organizing ToTs and ToMTs, workshop and seminars
Regular participation in the project meetings to review programme planning and share their suggestions and reflections
Develop and maintain linkages with relevant public and private stakeholders in the district
Ensuring preparation and submission of timely quarterly, biannual and annual program progress and financial reports
Management of project activities in the district and ensure achieving the expected results in terms of objectives, schedules and budgets
Job Specification
The incumbent should have a masters degree in social sciences with at least 4-5 years experience in managing Reproductive Health/ Education/ School based interventions; coordination and liaison skills; compiling, editing, and writing progress reports; must have knowledge about participatory survey techniques, data analysis and report writing; fluent communication skills; and understanding of local cultures, contexts, target groups, and project area is essential. The PM must also be fluent in speaking local languages of the station district. The candidate should be well organized, with good management and administrative skills.
