Responsibilities:
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
• Create and maintain a database of prospect clients.
• Lead sourcing to generating new business leads
• Appointment generation for Sales Managers and Business Development team.
• Communicate with existing and new clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
• • Presenting the service in a structured professional way.
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls.
• Cold calling; making multiple calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short and long- term business development plans.
• Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by answering potential client questions and follow-up calls.
• Draft various business reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Sales experience within a service sales industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Target Driven must be focused on the results
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Exceptional Negotiation skills & Convincing Power
• Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business.
