- Provide first line support to PlanetBeyond clients
- Monitor live services, hardware and network
- Troubleshooting service issue / problems
- Escalation of issues and coordination / communication with client staff to resolve issue
- Preparing reports and stats
- Hardware setup / software installation
Job Specification
- BCS/BSc from an accredited university
- Keen interest in computer hardware, operating systems and networks
- Knowledge of networking protocols and standards and hands-on experience in Linux operating system
- Good written and oral English communication skills
- Able to do shift based work
