District Field Supervisor

1. Responsible to supervise and monitor the activities according to the given work plan and budget
2. Ensure the quality implementation of the activities according to Operational Guidelines
3. Assist the RC in coordinating activities with district health authorities, administration of parastatal hospital and selected private health care providers
4. Arrange and conduct monthly and quarterly review meetings with partner hospital stakeholders
5. Coordinate and assist partner private health care providers for better implementation of the project activities on daily bases and keep the record updated
6. Assist the Regional Coordinator (RC) to review the work plans
7. Assist the Regional Coordinator (RC) to review the monthly and quarterly reports
8. Assist the Regional Coordinator (RC) in preparing minutes/records of the meetings
9. Assist the Regional Coordinator (RC) in organizing meetings, trainings and workshops
10. Assist the Regional Coordinator (RC) to prepare the Progress Update and Disbursement Request (PUDR)
11. Prepare the monitoring reports according to the monitoring tools
12. Ensure the achievement of targets according to their monthly and quarterly work plans
13. Work with the Regional Coordinator (RC) in preparing success stories and documenting lessons learnt
