Job Description:
-Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
-Complete casual payroll functions in order to ensure casual staff is paid in an accurate and timely manner
-Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
-Perform other related duties as required
-Manage Cooks and Cleaners
-Arrange for postal, courier or personal delivery of items when required
-Copy and scan documents as requested
-Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
-Assist in the smooth running of the office by understanding other tasks as requested which are relevant to the organizations activities and personal skills
-Arrangements for meetings, presentations etc.
-Supervision and provisioning of stationary, lunch and kitchen services.
-Supervision of office maintenance & clearance.
Job Specification

- Must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Can Handle work load independently
- Good in administration tasks
- Confident and Energetic
- Can work under high pressure
- Having computer knowledge (Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
The person must have his own transport.
