1. Prepare Charge book
2. Feeding of cash book
3. Stock receipts from supplier
4. Issue payment order to supplier
5. Checking of stock requisition slips and feeding
6. Preparation Company Reports and Email as per Schedule
7. File Purchase Invoices/bills as per Account Head
8.File Expenses bills/invoices as per Account Head
9. Stock Receipts from Purchaser
10. Issue Payment order to Purchaser
11. Advance Voucher Preparation
12. Prepare Payroll
13. Banking Work
14. Monthly Statement
Job Specification
-Minimum 2-3 years of Experience.
-Candidate should be competent in Finance and Accounts Field.
-Knowledge of Accounts software.
-Good communication & Presentation skills.
-Excellent Computer Skills.
-Excellent Time Management Skills.
