We are hiring fresh and experienced CSR / Help Desk Agents for US based inbound help desk campaign.

Its a nigh time job in the heart of Islamabad - Evacuee Trust Complex (near Marriot Hotel).

Experienced and fresh candidates can apply for this job who must possess the necessary skills mentioned below:

Requirements:

• EXCELLENT spoken English (American accent) Strong communication skills.

(Please do not apply if your spoken English is not Excellent)

• Willingness to Work in Night Shift (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Mon to Sat).

• Computer awareness (MS Office, Chrome, etc).

• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience in Medical Billing would be a plus.

• Knowledge of Spanish language would be a plus.
