Code Hub Systems, is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Microsoft Technologies and .Net Framework/MVC Development. The Software Engineer will develop data, interface and service architecture capabilities within software & technology solutions applications, built on the company’s technology platforms and product offerings, for worldwide customers. This job reports to the Project Manager, Code Hub Systems.
Position Responsibilities
Specializing in the Microsoft .NET / SQL Server stack, has worked with C# with good exposure to web development solutions. Genuinely passionate about delivering and maintaining high quality software for clients, with a strong emphasis on designing robust framework architectures for enterprise solutions using well known industry design patterns and practices
Debug and provide solutions for complicated issues
Participate in demos and code reviews
Proactively seek ways to incorporate new and creative ideas and methodologies into software development efforts by keeping abreast of current methodologies, technologies and tools
Job Specification
The successful candidate will have/possess:
Proven technical skills
Strong organizational and team management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
Thorough understanding of the software development cycle, software architecture and product development
Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 1+ years of software development experience
C# and .NET coding experience using Visual Studio IDE
Design and development of SQL stored procedure / framework code generation tool
Good understanding of object-oriented programming
Good knowledge with standard design patterns
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Agile (Scrum) methodology
Team player and self-starter with minimal supervision
Experience using modern Web UI technologies
Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in .NET
Experience in ASP.NET MVC 3, 4, 5
Good knowledge of Web Forms and Razor
Experience in C# and .Net Framework, MVC and Web API
Commercial experience with Visual Studio (ASP.Net, C#)
Working knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures and the ability to write optimized queries
Unit testing experience, Integration and Regression testing experience
